Quick and excellent service
My Wife and I purchased a vehicle for my daughter. The salesman listened to what we were wanting and led us to vehicle that we purchased. The purchasing lady helped us and got us out very fast. The people were very nice to us and even made sure we were happy with our vehicle. This is the 5 purchase we have done at this dealership and have been satisfied with the way we were treated.

Traveling from Mobile, Al and it was time for an oil change and tire rotation. Scheduled appointment in Roswell and from the time we walked in the door everyone was so nice. Excellent customer service. Would recommend this dealership to anyone!!

I was very impressed with my experience with Roswell Toyota. We live in the Denver area & were looking to buy a 2024 sienna platinum (gray w/ ottomans) which are very hard to find. The local dealers within 250 miles all wanted a nonrefundable deposit ($500-$1000) to put our name on the "waiting list" which could take between 6 -18 months before getting a platinum but with no guarantee on our color or spec choices. We had expressed our interest in a specific truck which he had running and waiting for us when we arrived at 0700 the next morning. While on vacation I started having some car trouble. I took my Sequoia in to the Roswell Toyota service department and was very pleased with the service I received. My car was fixed in a timely manner and I was able to get back on the road knowing the issue had been resolved. I wish I lived closer to this dealership! The service was wonderful!!

I was offered a $20 oil change and tire rotation, which I got . But was alerted that I needed a brake job, which I was not surprised about since my truck has 76000 miles on it. They got it done fast and right plus replaced my tail light assembly at my request, also in a timely manner. My only objection was the cost, which was over $700 .
