My review is about trading a vehicle for a new one. It was wonderful to have one of the managers handle my account. I was given a fair trade value, was helped with filling out the finance papers thru Toyota Fin'l Services, then, the sales person even called my insurance company to be sure my new car was covered immediately. I drove my new Corolla off the lot, within 3 hours, as a happy motorist!
All personnel were friendly and completed service of my Toyota Sienna at a reasonable price. Alsotook a relatively short period of time. Happy with the experience.
I was privileged to work with Tiffany in internet sales, Ethan in sales and James in finance to buy a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn pickup. This was my first vehicle purchase on my own and each of those people made this an excellent experience in every category. I don’t believe anyone working with the above people mentioned would be disappointed in their experience in buying a new or used vehicle from this dealership!!
I had a fender bender while on vacation, and the kind folks at the service department assessed the damage for me and made sure the car was fit to drive home. They didn’t charge me at all and were very courteous and even put it up on the rack to inspect it from underneath.
First, it saddens me to have to write a poor review. Always happy to write something positive. Very disappointed in my experience at this dealership. Salesman was fantastic until they had the cash in hand and trade-in signed off. Purchased a BMW from them sight unseen. My bad. Photos on their website are ALL enhanced and do not fairly represent their vehicles. Asked salesman about condition of paint and he said it had one very small ding near fuel door. Roswell NM Toyota deceitfully sold me a vehicle that had been in an accident. The vehicle had been driven by the owners wife, yet was sold to me with a clean carfax report and the Toyota Certified check list showed no accident, no structural damage. Though the prior damage was not evident to me at time of purchase, it became an issue due to poor workmanship. The underlying structural damage was not corrected, they merely covered the damage with excessively thick bondo. Thus I had to have the damage ( of the prior owner ) repaired correctly.
