A little bit about us…

Purchased in 1997 by Tom Krumland, Roswell Toyota took on its new owner’s philosophy. 

-          Treat the customers the way we would want ourselves to be treated.

Starting with only 12 employees, Tom’s vision began to take shape immediately.  Now, over 10 years later, Roswell Toyota employs over 75 dedicated men and women whom all share the same vision.   Due to the success of the business, a brand new 40,000 square foot state of the art facility was built in 2005 under the belief of “the best for the best.”  Krumland Auto Group employs over 125 people at its 4 dealerships.  Three, of which, are in Roswell – Roswell Toyota-Scion, Roswell Honda and Roswell Hyundai.  The 4^th, Carlsbad Imports, brings the Krumland philosophy a bit further south.

Roswell Toyota is the proud recipient of the coveted President’s Award.  Each year, Toyota Motor Sales recognizes its stellar dealerships with this prestigious acknowledgement. It's a very high honor a dealership can receive from Toyota, and is only awarded to those dealerships who have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining Toyota's high standards for customer satisfaction.

One of Toyota's primary goals is to emphasize the entire ownership experience. We want to help ensure that our customers are satisfied not only at the time of purchase, but as long as they own their vehicle.
